A:A Credit is a standard unit of purchase on Marriage Agency Nataly that enables you to use chat or video chat.
Q:I've just paid for the credits.When do I have them available?
A:in most cases, within 5 mins. But some things may cause some delay. For example, you misspelled your email at the payment screen, we'll have to match your profile with a confirmation receipt sent by a payment processor.
Q:I accidently submited the same payment twice.What do I do now?
A:Please contact Support, you'll be offered either refund or we'll keep your credits available fro you (there's no expiration for the credits).
Q:I bought credits but later changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
A:If you didnt use your credits, the refund will be issued. No questions asked. If you used up some of the purchsed credits, please contact the Support via the phone or drop us an email at the Contact page.
